Some of the best things about DREAM UP aren’t on the menu — they’re the moments we create with people. Instead of traditional coffee-shop or drive-thru roles, the work at DREAM UP comes down to two things: crafting and connecting. Both matter. And every member of the DREAM TEAM learns how to do both.
Crafting is the art of bringing someone's order to life.
You’ll learn our drinks, ingredients, recipes, and all the little details that turn an order into something special. We intentionally put love into each drink. Come learn how to craft with care and experience the joy of knowing you’ve helped to brighten someone’s day.
Connecting is so much more than simply taking or delivering an order.
It can be genuinely seeing the person in front of you. It can be the practice of sharing love and good vibes with customers and team mates.
It’s about wanting to make customers’ day a little brighter, no matter where they’re coming from. You’ll meet people, help them DREAM UP their perfect beverage, and pass on good energy.
You’ll move between crafting and connecting throughout the day. Everyone learns both, because we’re one team, and the best DREAM UP moments happen when great drinks and genuine connection come together.
Whether this is your first job, you’re a veteran barista, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.
